Bob Hipsley calls Rockville, Maryland home.  He has been playing string and electric bass since he was a teenager, and professionally for 50 years.  Bob sings backup vocals and usually provides insights from his famous exercise video or from his long experience as a marital counselor!  Bob is soon to retire from his position as a Federal Register Coordinator at the Government Printing Office.  Bob is the GNP's Magnificent Music Machine!
